Cierra Carlson graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Communication. While in school, Cierra interned working directly with incarcerated women and their daughters. After graduation, Cierra worked with adolescent males transitioning out of juvenile corrections, teenaged girls who were survivors of commercial sexual exploitation and most recently, worked as a career coach for adults with criminal records. In her free time, Cierra enjoys thrift shopping, exploring Oregon and listening to podcasts.
