Beau Serrano

Beau graduated from Bard College where they majored in Psychology and Gender and Sexuality Studies.

They worked at Bard's Prison Initiative as an office assistant and for Bard's peer crisis counseling hotline. Mass incarceration and systemic inequality in the United States have been important issues to them for a long time, leading them to pursue work with Partners for Justice. They are a born and raised New Yorker, a beginner Buddhist, and a painter.
