During his time at UD, Joey served various leadership positions within organizations on campus and was an active part of his community. The summer following his graduation, Joey had the opportunity to intern for the Delaware Office of Defense Services, where he was introduced to the PFJ Advocate role. Upon completion of his placement with Partners for Justice, Joey's goal is to apply to law school and become a criminal defense attorney due to his passion for social justice and criminal justice reform.
