After graduating from Mount San Jacinto Community College, Chance transferred to the University of California, Los Angeles, where he received a bachelor's degree in Political Science.
During his undergraduate studies, Chance focused on studying social issues and civil rights law. He worked at two legal internships during college, focusing on divorce and estate planning law. Chance loves spending his free time taking pictures with his film camera, watching movies, and hiking.
