Before joining PFJ, Reza worked as a Life Coach and Mental Health Therapist in Los Angeles, specializing in Transition Age Youth (TAY) who were recently released from juvenile custody.
Committed to fostering fairer, stronger, and healthier communities, Reza leverages his personal experiences with the criminal legal system to contribute to meaningful reform. He believes that active participation in the solution is the best way to give back and create positive change. Reza is driven by a positive outlook and a strong sense of purpose, which fuels his optimism about the future and the transformative changes on the horizon. In his leisure time, Reza is a licensed drone pilot and boater, and he is currently pursuing his private pilot’s license. He also enjoys following the Utah Jazz basketball team with his two dogs, Gina and Shaggy.
